College Park Real Estate

College Park is located South of downtown Atlanta near the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Interstates I-85 and I-285. It is a stop on the North South MARTA line, just before the airport. The city has a great small town feel yet it is close to all the big city attractions of Atlanta. 

College Park is a city with one of Georgia’s largest collection of homes on the National Historic Register. The city was
established in 1846 and has a charming southern small town feel, yet it is minutes from downtown Atlanta either by car or by rail.

Downtown College Park is a strip of shops and restaurants along Main Street. There is a Marta stop on the North/South line. Main Street runs parallel with the train tracks and the town has a sleepy Southern small town feel.
