There are several different neighborhoods, some areas have the brick ranches generally built in the 50’s and 60’s on large lots. The area closest to the square has a lot of historic homes built between the late 1800’s and 1940. They generally have large lots, sidewalks and a very nice tree lined neighborhood feel. East Point has a classic town square that has undergone some major changes over the last few years. Lots of the old run down business and empty storefronts have been replaced with restaurants, shops, chiropractic offices, coffee houses and more! The town is now a vibrant exciting place to go on the weekend and enjoy a wide variety of things to do.
