Lake Claire is bordered on the North by Druid Hills and Fernbank Forest on the South by the east west Marta line, on the East side by Decatur, and on the West by Candler Park. It is a hilly neighborhood with a lot of brick Tudor style homes, Bungalows and Victorians. The neighborhood has a great neighborhood park where the Lake used to be. There are some new homes that have been built in the neighborhood and a subdivision of new homes and townhomes called Southerland Place.
