If you are interested in a market analysis of the value of a particular property as interpreted by the program "Realist" fill out the form below. This is information that is gathered from the county tax record by a program provided to Realtors through the First Multiple Listing service. As I have said before the data is interesting but not 100% accurate. Property condition and upgrades will have a great effect on value and a drive by look at the comps is important to make sure that you are looking at accurate comparisons.

Please list any additions or finished space (attic or basement) that may not show up on the tax record. Since this program works with square footage its important to list any attic expansion, basement renovation, enclosed carports or garages which may not show up in the Tax record (this would happen if someone renovated and did not get a permit) .
