But rest assured if you let us know that you would rather not be contacted we will leave you alone. For Buyers

Our website features great search tools for homes, townhomes, lofts, condos, land and foreclosures, and investment properties available in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. It is easy-to-use and updated by the two official Realtor®’s databases, The FMLS and The GAMLS, every 15 minutes.

You can search for homes for sale in many different ways. You can search by city, neighborhood, school district and more. You can put in limits on price, bedrooms and baths, and more. You can search for new homes in Atlanta,  or raw land and bring in your own builder. You can search the Atlanta luxury homes, or ask for Decatur investment properties. Then you can also save your searches, or just your favorite properties. Get email alerts of new listings, price changes, and sold data, either daily weekly or monthly. Here is exactly how to get those email alerts.

Searching for Atlanta Condos townhomes or lofts by neighborhood can be tricky. Our Multiple listing services only have one field for subdivision. So condo listing agents have to choose between the name of the complex or the name of the area (like midtown, Virginia Highland, Garden Hills, or Buckhead). So we always suggest that if you want to make sure you see them all, you should only search by zip code. See How to Search Atlanta Condos for Sale for more details on why we do that, just hop over to the Intown Condos for sale page and start searching!

You will have tell me when you want to make an offer. My sales approach is 100% the opposite of your average "salesperson". When I am showing homes for sale, I look for and point out flaws. The last thing I want is for a client to waste money on an inspection when there is an obvious defect that the client might not notice. I have found that paying for an inspection and having the house fail can really spoil the fun! When you find the home of your dreams, here's how to set up a showing

For Sellers

Let us discuss the marketing plan and see how we can give your house the broadest possible marketing approach. We will share our innovative marketing approaches and state of the art marketing tools.

Go to my about page to see my credentials and my mission statement. My philosophy when working with a buyer is that my job is to point out all of the flaws I can see on any home I show. Check out a blog post I made in 2008 titled The Greatest Real Estate Agent in the World. It pretty much sums up my approach.
