Do a sold search. To see the recent sales, click on the "search the FMLS and GAMLS" link in the top navigation bar and select the tab marked "sold search". Or just click here to search sold listings Enter your subdivision, school district, or any search limiter you want and you will see what has sold in your target area. You will get a list of all of the homes that sold with the parameters you enter. You will see a list with thumbnail pictures and brief descriptions, you can click on any of them and see the full listing with the pictures, complete descriptions, links to maps, and more. If you save the search you can get emails daily or weekly etc. with the latest sales. This is one way to get an understanding of what a particular home may be worth
Automated quick search You can get Get an INSTANT property valuation now! It is a quick search which will give you a list all the sales near your requested house. It includes address, beds, baths, square footage, year built, sold price, and $/sq'.
Request detailed market analysis. For a more detailed analysis, create a custom market report. This is also an automated analysis but it is pretty accurate. It will show sales of homes similar yours within the last 6 months close to your home. You can do this to see what’s active, under contract, and sold in your neighborhood! It will show the square footage, the bedrooms and baths, distance from your home, and more. It will give you a look at the market in your immediate area over the last 6 months. If you run one of these you will automatically get an update of the activity monthly, unless you opt out.
Request a live agent review You can get a detailed market analysis which involves an agent processing the comps and sending you the best comparables to your home. For that we need to know if you have done any improvements and upgrades. Age of the roof, systems, kitchens and baths. All of these things play heavily into value.
