How to get email alerts 

1) Perform a search with all of your requirements

2) When you get a list of results, Save the search by clicking the "save search" link at the top left of the results page under the Property List tab.

3) Select from the choices whether you want them daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

4) You can look at the search to see what is on the market now, and starting tomorrow you will get an email with a digest of new listings, pending sales and solds that match your requirements. If you save several different searches they will all come in one email.
