How to search for your perfect home

Simple Search  

The simple search is at the top of almost every page on the website. You can put city, subdivision, zipcode, price range, beds, baths. In our market you will generally not find too many condos if you search by subdivision. We have a separate link for condos. If you want to save your search there is a link at the top left corner of the results page. (if you are on a laptop or desktop). Once you save a search the question of how often you want email alerts pops up. 

Advanced Search

In the advanced search we have the most common search fields. School districts, year built, square footage etc.  If we put in too many choices it dramatically slows the site down, so this works for a lot of people but not everyone. There is a button for the advanced search on the simple searches. If you are on a neighborhood page and you click on the advanced search, you have to re-enter the neighborhood name etc. 

Super Saved Search

The super saved search has a lot more choices. Looking for a pool? A home with 2-5 acres? These types of searches are possible and lots more. We have to set these up for you. You can let us know the parameters, either by email, by text, or with a phone call. We have to create an account for and we will save the search in there. Then you can get email alerts daily weekly bi weekly or monthly.  In your account, your username is your email, and your password is your phone number. If you don't ever want to be called or texted, just make up a number you can remember (like 444-555-6666), or just let us know "no Phone calls". 

You can search for homes in various areas. Or you can do an advanced search with a lot more options. You can enter the requirements (subdivision, school districts, price range, square footage etc) and then click on map search and create a polygon around your desired area, save it and get alerts on those results
