There are a couple of changes - How this site works compared to my last website.

The first and foremost is that this site is much faster and we have a killer phone app you can download. It works kind of like the Zillow app so when you are driving past a sign, you can open the app and see pins for whatever is listed near you. You can tap the pin and see all the details. You can set up a showing, through the app or save the listing. 

When you save a search you will automatically get email alerts for that search. The site will ask for your email and phone number as a password. I know lots of people don't want to share your phone number, that is not a problem If you want to give it, fine and if you don't just enter any ten digit number you can remember 2223334444 or 5555555555 or something like that as your phone number. Then if you want to access or edit your saved searches or save listings as favorites, just sign in and do it! 

If you registered on the old site and provided  your phone number, you will already be registered on this site. Your phone number is your password, just sign in.

If you were getting email alerts on the old site you will already have an account on this site. Your username is your email address. You will just have to create a password to save searches and start the email alerts up again. The site asks for your phone number for the password. Either enter it or make one up. 

To save a search Look for the save search link on the top left corner of the search results.
